that the Lodake branded product Android Media Box PC you purchased for your end use (“Product”) is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. This Limited
Warranty covers the Product for warranty service only within the USA and only for products purchased directly from this website.
Any Android Media Box PC products purchased through 3rd party vendors or sales channels are not covered under this warranty
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
Ninety (90) days after the date of your purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”).
The Limited Warranty Period for the rechargeable battery included with the
Product is ninety (90) days from the date of your purchase.
What Will Lodake LLC Do?
If the Android Media Box PC product fails to work as warranted, Lodake LLC will, in its sole discretion,
Exchange repair or replace the Product or part with a new or re-manufactured product/part that is at least
equivalent to the original Product/part. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty.
Replacement parts or products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
thirty (30) days or for the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period, whichever is longer. All hardware is covered under a one year manufactures defect warranty. This warranty does not cover electrical damage from brown outs, electrical storms, power surges and any act of God
LODAKE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY PROGRAMS, DATA, OR INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT BEING SERVICED,
OR THE RESTORATION OR RE-INSTALLATION OF ANY PROGRAMS OR DATA OTHER THAN SOFTWARE
INSTALLED BY LODAKE LLC WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS MANUFACTURED.

You must retain proof of purchase showing price, date purchase and Product description which may be required for warranty service. Always keep a backup copy of the data on your Product before sending it in for repair and remove all confidential, proprietary or personal information. Also be sure to remove all accessories or

LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCESSORIES SHIPPED WITH THE PRODUCT.
If you authorize Lodake LLC to perform any services excluded under this Limited Warranty, you agree to pay standard repair fees for such work and will be provided with a quote for such work at the time we have received the defective merchandise.
Setup and product usage may be provided in the form of Written instruction or you may be directed to view video instruction on a website or other information channel at Lodake LLC’s Sole discretion per product.

What Does this Warranty Not Cover?
On-site service/repair, or service made necessary by accident,
misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation/maintenance, modifications, rooting the Rom, installation of non-compatible apps by the customer, fire, theft, acts of God,
power failures, surges or electric shortages, lightning, or repairs by non-Lodake LLC authorized service
providers, use outside of the environmental or operating parameters, or use with incompatible third
party products, return postage insurance or any expense related to the return and or exchange of any defective product covered under this warranty.
